| Director Operations |
 |
The Director Operations is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of TAMEER HOLDING INVESTMENTS, as well as the related resources associated with the TAMEER Engineering & Projects Management operations. In this capacity, the DIRECTOR OPERATIONS carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations. The Director Operations provides management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated project management services. The management portfolio held by this leader is notably diverse, with corresponding broad organizational implications and complexity, characterized by substantial scope of responsibility in this respect.
Education:
B.Sc. in Civil/Structural Engineering and Project Management post graduate degree(s) from a reputed western University and Corporate Membership(s) with recognized Chartered or other International Professional Engineering and Project Management Institution(s).
Experience:
Minimum 25+ years of experience in the Civil/Structural Engineering of design and construction of large projects including working knowledge of all building services.
Experience of minimum of 10 years in Development / Consultancy / Contracting Company as Senior Manager responsible for the Company Operations or equivalent is required.
Candidate shall possess also exceptional leadership and communication skills in project planning, engineering and supervision design, project execution planning, construction logistics, project and construction management including working knowledge of contracts administration and FIDIC specifications. GCC experience preferred. |

| Director Sales & Marketing |
 |
Reporting to the MANAGING DIRECTOR, you will be responsible of managing the Marketing and Sales operations. Develop and implement Strategic Sales, Marketing & Business Development plans. Demonstrate track record of combining sales / marketing leadership with sound business practices to position the organization for long-term growth and profitability. Responsible for operational oversight, resource management, budgeting and forecast.
- Possess a Management Degree / MBA.
- Have had 10 to 12 years experience in Sales & Marketing of which at least 4 to 6 years should have been as Head of Sales/Marketing of a large to medium sized Organization.
- Be a true sales person with a drive for achieving goals and targets with prior experience of managing and motivating sales team.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of modern sales and marketing tools and techniques.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
