Tameer has developed a variety of both commercial and residential projects in four of the emirates in the UAE, "The Princess Tower" of which is the tallest residential tower in the world.

The Emirates Modern Industrial in Umm Al Quwain was the second development launched by Tameer. This project consists of an area of 8 million square feet to be utilized for commercial industries including shops, warehouses, labour camps and factories.

Al Dana I and Al Dana II located in International City followed in the successful footsteps of Emirates Modern Industrial area. This twin building project presents a unique design and offers primarily residential spaces with some areas allocated for commercial use in terms of retail shops.

Tameer then took another huge step and launched the world's highest residential tower located in the prestigious Dubai Marina. The Princess Tower is located amongst other world renowned projects such as The Palm, Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah and The World Island.

Al Ameera Village was Tameer's first full blown city type project to include a variety of residential and commercial property types. Although the project is located in the Emirate of Ajman its position leaves it in close proximity to the nation's other emirates.

As if these six projects in such a short span of time weren't enough, Tameer then launched a mega project that once completed, will reshape the UAE forever. AlSalam City located in Umm Al Quwain occupies a mammoth 220 million square feet area and is worth an estimated USD 8.2 billion. Designed to accommodate half a million people, AlSalam City is a prime example of Tameer's legacy in creating ground breaking developments that are designed to benefit everyone.
